The 1-Day CSS Train the Trainer Intensive is a powerful relational learning experience that grants you Level 1 Certification in the Cultivating Safe Spaces (CSS) Framework.

This certification isn’t about memorizing information — it’s about practicing relational leadership, emotional regulation, and systems change tools in real time.

Certification Overview

During this immersive 1-day intensive, you will:

  • Deepen your practice of emotional safety and relational leadership
  • Apply the CSS Framework tools in real-world leadership scenarios
  • Learn the Four Necessary Conditions, Four Protocols, and Four Perspectives
  • Build the relational capacity required for systems change leadership
  • Complete your Level 1 CSS Facilitator Certification
  • Small cohort (max 20 participants) to maintain relational depth and practice quality

This is a guided, relational space — rooted in Indigenous knowledge, emotional safety, and systems thinking — where leadership is practiced, not just discussed.

Cultivating Safe Spaces is a framework developed and stewarded by Naqsmist Storytellers Inc., rooted in Indigenous ways of knowing and grounded in emotional safety, belonging, and connection.

Pre-Requisites and Preparation

To ensure integrity and relational readiness:

  • Intro to CSS eCourse Completion Required (must be completed prior to attendance)
  • Pre-Work Required: 5–10 hours of guided exercises, readings, and reflections before the live session
  • Commitment Required: Willingness to practice emotional regulation, relational presence, and framework embodiment (not just intellectual understanding)
