My facilitation work is rooted in holding spaces that are culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and led with heart. I focus on supporting Indigenous communities, elected leaders, and youth by bringing together traditional knowledge, healing practices, and leadership development. I carry both lived and professional experience in Indigenous governance, HR, and community work, and I always show up in ways that centre connection, to self, to land, and to each other. My style of facilitation is relational, reflective, and guided by values like integrity, humility, and inclusion.Spiritual work is a key part of how I show up. Through intuitive guidance, energy work, and ceremony, I’m able to hold space in ways that feel safe, grounded, and supportive. It helps me listen deeply, to the room, to spirit, and to what’s not always being said. This connection supports me in meeting people where they’re at, honouring their truths, and helping bring forward what needs to be seen or spoken.I specialize in cultural safety, co-regulation, storytelling, and leadership rooted in Indigenous ways of knowing. The spaces I hold are built on trust and connection, where people can show up as their full selves.Ā
