Adonica Sweet, a Master Certified Coach, award-winning leader, and global facilitator lives in Summerland, BC, on the unceded, traditional territory of the Syilx Okanagan Nation. She embodies the teachings of Cultivating Safe Spaces by doing the inner work, listening deeply, and leading with love, compassion, and integrity.
For over two decades, Adonica has supported leaders and coaches in Canada and around the world ignite their inner brilliance, expand their self-awareness, and lead in ways that inspire trust, inclusion, and lasting impact. Her work draws on neuroscience, cultural safety, trauma-informed practices, and the Being Profile®, transforming leadership from the inside out.
With more than 5,000 hours of facilitation and 3,000 hours of coaching, Adonica has created an internal coach network and co-founded a sustainable, inclusive tourism business. She is a CINERGY® Certified Conflict Management Coach and is completing her Coaching Supervision accreditation.
