Chantal Fraser (she/elle), Founder of Empowered Path Inc., has over four decades of leadership experience. She helps organizations strengthen trust, inclusion, and accountability from the inside out, closing the gap between what you say you value and how you actually operate.

Chantal brings Cultivating Safe Spaces to workplaces ready to turn inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility goals into lived, human practice.

Chantal’s approach is direct and compassionate. She addresses hard truths without judgment and suggests practical solutions participants may choose to apply immediately. Her style creates space for honest reflection, meaningful learning, and lasting change.

In 2015, Chantal began delivering Indigenous Inclusion sessions (in English and French) to employers across Canada, on behalf of Indigenous Link. She also delivers French sessions on behalf of MentorCity.

On the flip side, Chantal provides Thought Partner services for Entrepreneurs. This includes facilitating weekly National Indigenous Women Entrepreneurs’ Ecosystem (NIWEE) gatherings and working as a Business Growth Advisor for the PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise.

Chantal is a Citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario with roots in the prairie provinces and Québec. She was born to parents who met while serving in the Canadian military and is a military veteran herself. Chantal retired at the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel, holds an MBA from the Royal Military College of Canada and is a recipient of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) Honourary Life Award.

Chantal is grateful to live, learn, and work in Quinte West (AKA Trenton) Ontario, on traditional Wendat, Anishinaabe, and Haudenosaunee territory.
