This guided cohort brings structure, connection, and shared reflection into the Cultivating Safe Spaces (CSS) eCourses. You’ll learn directly with Elaine Alec, grounded in practice.

You’ll move through both the Intro to CSS and Enhanced CSS Add-On eCourses (2.5 hours total), alongside two live circles with Elaine designed to help you regulate, listen, and lead with love instead of control.

Cohort Dates:

  • Opening Circle → Monday, November 3, 12–1 PM PST

  • Closing Circle → Monday, December 8, 10 AM–12 PM PST

Includes: Lifetime eCourse access, 3 hours live with Elaine, reflection resources, and shared learning community.
