This course is built around a belief in these simple truths:
- Every interaction we have in a team setting is shaped by who we are, where we come from, and what we carry with us.
- Our past experiences influence how we listen, how we react, and how we interpret other people’s behaviors.
- Sometimes, our responses to colleagues aren’t about them at all—its about our own internal stories, expectations, and past experiences.
This add-on will give you the tools and confidence to show up fully, think differently, and do the work you need to do in a way that honors who you are through love, trust, and faith. We look forward to taking this learning journey with you!
