This isn’t about tools to help you manage people. It’s about understanding why you react the way you do. Why people shut down in meetings. Why trust breaks down. Why even good intentions cause harm.
If you don’t understand yourself, you can’t lead people well.
Here’s what we’ll cover:
Week 1: Identity, Perspective & Story
We talk about trauma, systems, culture, and colonization but what does it mean in real life? How are those stories still running things behind the scenes?
Week 2: Personal Life & the Workplace
We say “don’t take it personally,” but we’re people. We bring our grief, our protection, our silence to work. This week, we talk about what that actually means and how to deal with it.
Week 3: Leadership Without Performance
People don’t need perfect leaders. They need regulated ones. Relational ones. Leaders who can hold power and still be human.
