Cultivating Safe Spaces eCourses

About the Cultivating Safe Spaces eCourses

People learn in different ways. Some need structure and a clear curriculum. Others learn by watching real people work through real moments. Our eCourses honour both ways of learning so you can meet the framework in the way that makes sense for you.

The Special Edition Intro to Cultivating Safe Spaces is the most honest reflection of how Elaine teaches this work. It’s a recorded live session where you can feel the framework in motion and it helps you understand CSS as something you live, not just memorize.

If you prefer a structured start, the Intro to Cultivating Safe Spaces eCourse gives you a clean, curriculum-based foundation. You’ll learn the framework, the neuroscience behind regulation, and the decision-making perspectives in a way that is clear, organized, and easy to follow.

From there, you can deepen your practice through the Enhanced CSS Add-On, where you learn how to apply the work in real relationships, teams, and daily moments. And if you’re leading systems, shaping policy, or influencing governance, the CSS for Executive Leadership course shows you how to bring emotional safety and accountability into high-stakes environments.

Each course supports a different stage of learning. Together, they give you the knowledge, practice, and awareness needed to carry CSS responsibly, whether for your own life, your team, or as a path toward CSS Facilitator Certification.

The Special Edition Intro to Cultivating Safe Spaces is seven lessons, we walk through the Four Necessary Conditions, Protocols, and Perspectives in a way that shows how people actually respond, regulate, and learn in a group. You’ll see how trauma shows up in our bodies, how our perspectives shape our reactions, and how to return to patience, understanding, and responsibility when moments get hard.

This course gives you the experience of being in a CSS session with me and a real community of learners, and it prepares you for deeper practice or the CSS Train the Trainer pathway by helping you understand the framework not only as knowledge, but as a way of being.
