Lacey McRae Williams is an intuitive, creative, and empathic leader. In her personal life, her lived experience as a highly sensitive person (HSP), artist, stepmom, partner, oldest daughter, big sister, and naanii has given her a deep, varied approach to relationships. Professionally, she has held positions in community planning, arts and culture, First Nations and municipal government, and most recently Indigenous child and family, always finding herself in leadership roles. She lost three significant men in her life between 2011 and 2013 (grandpa, stepdad, and dad), shifting priorities for her. Each of these experiences has led her to this work to support the development of heart-centred leaders.
