Nievelina Carmona (ʔulsheniy) is a shíshálh Nation member, facilitator, consultant, and founder of Cedar Circle Consulting. With a background in Human Resources and Indigenous Community Development and Governance, she brings nearly two decades of experience working alongside Indigenous Nations, organizations, leaders, and communities.

Nievelina’s approach is relational, heart-centred, and grounded in connection, curiosity, kindness, and accountability. Through Cultivating Safe Spaces, she supports spaces for meaningful conversation, reflection, learning, and connection while recognizing that safety is personal and can't be created for someone else. She believes in showing up as human first and making room for people to bring their stories, experiences, and ways of knowing into the circle.
