CSS Facilitator Learning Opportunities are designed to help Certified CSS Facilitators continue learning, practising, and deepening how they carry the framework into their work.

Opportunities will be offered throughout the year and may include:

• Professional Development sessions

• Practice Labs

• Facilitator workshops

• Webinars

• New curriculum and tools

• Scenario-based learning

• Level-specific learning opportunities

• Advanced learning with Elaine and the CSS community

• Opportunities to strengthen facilitation practice across teams, leadership, organizations, communities, and systems

The CSS Facilitator Ecosystem is designed to support continued development at different levels of practice, from Self and Relationship through Team, Leadership, Organization, Community, Systems, and Society.

Some learning opportunities will be open to all Certified CSS Facilitators. Others may be designed for specific facilitator levels or areas of practice.

If you are an active CSS Facilitator Member, some learning opportunities and resources may be included as part of your membership. Other workshops, intensives, or special learning events may be offered separately.
